Min keeps a variety of tools with him, from small throwing knives to poison. But at all times, he carries his most trusted knife—a knife that was once a sword, now repurposed for an assassin.
The process of designing Min’s weapon went from figuring out what kind of knife he would carry to playing around with the concept of broken swords and meanings behind it. Whether he stole it from some noble’s home or betrayed the cause that gave him his sword, I think that a broken sword carries an air of mystery that’s fitting for an assassin. Said concept carried through the rest of the process up to the final look. The only thing that changed from rough draft to final look was excluding the magical circle on the knife’s pommel.
